Checkout worked fine for me overall. The page loaded fast, my payment went through on the first try, and I got the confirmation right away. It was simple, which is all I needed. That said, I’d still warn others to double-check the confirmation and make sure you get the email before closing everything out.

I ordered a yearbook through yearbookordercenter.com, the ordering process was simple and smooth. I like when things are straightforward, so that part met my expectations. The only thing I wasn’t really happy with was the tracking. It showed that my order had been placed, but after that the updates were slow, and I was left wondering what was going on for a while. The yearbook did arrive in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just personally expect tracking to be a little more detailed and updated more often, especially when I’m waiting on something important like this.

I ordered my kid’s yearbook i was expecting the shipping fee to make me sigh a little. But nope, it was actually reasonable. Considering how pricey some school-related things can get, I was like, okay, that’s not bad at all. Ordering was smooth, which I appreciated, but the pickup instructions weren’t super clear. I ended up asking around at school before finally finding the right spot. My yearbook order came in and most of the details were correct, so that was good. There was one small issue with the name that looked a little off, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I just wish they had double-checked it better. I feel like they used to be a bit more careful with this kind of stuff.

I had a problem with my yearbook order, and it took a bit longer than I was hoping to get sorted out. It wasn’t like a huge disaster, but when you’re waiting on something like a yearbook, especially with all the memories in it, the photos, the signatures, the school events, all that stuff, you kind of want it handled quickly. Support did eventually get back to me though, and they fixed the issue, so in the end it worked out fine. Not perfect, but they did take care of it.

I used the school code lookup to find our yearbook page, I think it was sometime last week, or maybe the week before. It did work after a couple tries, but the site felt a little clunky and slow while I was using it. I got what I needed in the end, it just wasn’t the smoothest experience.

I ordered my kid’s yearbook the website itself was easy to get through, so no complaints there. But the delivery took longer than I expected, which was annoying because I kept wondering where it was and didn’t really have clear updates to go off of. It did finally show up in good shape, so I can’t say it was a disaster or anything. I just wish they gave a more realistic time frame or better tracking updates. Overall, it was fine, but definitely not anything amazing.
